What SpotJob is

SpotJob introduces people who need short-term help to people who have time to give. We are not a party to the work itself. The employer and the worker agree the terms between themselves.

Using the platform

• You must be old enough to work legally where the job takes place.
• One account per person. Your phone number is your identity here.
• Post only work you genuinely intend to pay for, at the rate you advertised.
• Apply only for work you intend to turn up to.

Payment

Payment happens directly between the employer and the worker. SpotJob does not hold funds, and does not currently charge a fee to either side.

Ending an account

We may suspend accounts that repeatedly cancel, do not pay, or misrepresent the work. You can close your account at any time.
